We had a 15 passenger van from Charters 365 yesterday, March 31. My nine softball players and I were safely transported to our game in Sugar Land via the HOV lane in your van. Our driver, Paul (I think) was very courteous and was a very safe driver. We will definitely use your service again if we need a small vehicle for sports transportation.

The service was outstanding. Every driver was on time and the cars, vans and coach were spotless.

I am sorry that I had to call you so many times but because the airport is so huge, several of our people were looking for the driver in the incorrect area. The drivers were always there we just had to find them.

Susan Graham, our lost passenger, decided to go to the hotel and everyone panicked.

How funny you should ask our School Principle was just telling me at lunch how impressed with your bus service she was. Our Principle is very good about checking for our students safety. She said the buses tires were in great condition, the inside of the bus looked great! The Driver even passed inspection. Being that it was our first time using well the overall rating was GREAT! Our teacher who asked us to book the trip also was very pleased with the service. I know we have a quote pending for our 8th grade trip in May and I’m still just waiting for a yeah or a neigh. My only recommendation would be to find a driver that is patient with Teenagers. Thanks for the Great Service!

Everything was perfect except for our team's defeat! Ivan was wonderful, we so enjoyed having him as our host driver, he should do some modeling; he has a face to be photographed!

Our bus driver, Austin, was terrific and followed my directions very well. You personally were a great communicator. I never felt like I would be stuck without a bus because you answered phone calls/emails promptly. Thank you for that.

39th Family Reunion OK Trip

I am writing this letter of recommendation for 365 Charters coach service. I am a coach of an Under 18 hockey team that travels extensively throughout our 8-month season. We have taken numerous buses over the course of my coaching and playing career.

Recently, we were planning a trip to Des Moines, Iowa. Our intention was to rent 15 passenger vans and a cargo van to transport players from St. Louis to Des Moines. However, only weeks before our departure date, the rental company informed us that they would be unable to fulfill our request for vans. This was due to a change in Iowa law that prohibits the transportation of passengers under the age of 18 in 15 passenger vans, unless the drivers have obtained a CDL license.

Needless to say, our team scrambled to find alternative means of transportation. I personally contacted all of the Coach Companies that we had used in the past to see if they had availability for the specific weekend. However, every company that I contacted was fully booked, except one. With this one particular company, we had a bad customer experience in the past with the driver. I then looked online for additional companies that might fulfill our request. I was able to locate some available coaches online but the costs were outrageous.

This is when I stumbled upon 365 Charters. Within moments of filling out our travel plans online, I received notification, via email, from 365 that they had the capacity to handle our trip. Following the email notification, I received assurance from Paul, who is a representative from 365. I had a litany of questions for Paul regarding price, customer service, and how their business operates. He was honest and forthcoming. I learned that they are agents who contract with the actual coach companies to fulfill customer needs. I was skeptical at first. According to company policy, Paul was unable to tell me with which company he was able to negotiate the trip. Certainly, I was a nervous wreck. I even made jokes with my team managers that we would travel in style on a school bus...or the bus from the movie Slap Shot.

The day of the trip was nearing. Paul had eased my mind that we would have the luxury of traveling on a 47-passenger bus with a restroom. He took the time to contact our driver personally and explain to him that we recently had a bad experience with a particular driver. I arrived the morning of our trip at the pick-up destination. As I entered the parking lot, I noticed the 47-passenger coach. Paul set us up on a brand-new coach.

I couldn't believe that this trip turned out successful. We traveled on a new coach. Our driver was courteous, safe, prompt, and flexible. In fact, Tony (our driver) was one of the best that I've ever had. The price that 365 negotiated was lower than fares quoted to me by local companies. With out hesitation, I recommend to any group planning a bus excursion in the future to consider contacting Paul from 365. He was professional and honest.
